Kya hai OFS for employees?

PayTM board ne apne employees ko unke shares pledge karne ke liye invite kiya hai. Ye Indian IPO regulations ko dimaag me rakh ke kiya gaya hai. India me IPO ke pehle 2 saal me 10%, aur 5 saal me 25% shares float kar sakte hain.

Employees ke paas do options hain.

  1. Wo apna poora ya part share pledge kar sakte hain
  2. IPO ke chalu hone ke time par ye shares sell ki jayengi
  3. Existing shareholders agar aggregate me zyada stock bechna chahe, IPO ke dauran, to prorata basis par fix kiya jayega.
